TUKWILA, Wash. — The Seattle Seawolves have secured a place in the 2026 Major League Rugby (MLR) Semifinals and will host the California Legion on Sunday, June 14, at Starfire Stadium in Tukwila, Washington. Kickoff is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. PT.
Seattle clinched its playoff berth following a strong finish to the regular season, highlighted by a 36–28 victory over the New England Free Jacks. The semifinal matchup sets up a highly anticipated postseason rematch with California Legion after the two teams concluded their regular-season campaigns on June 7.
Under Major League Rugby’s revised playoff structure, teams competed in a 10-match regular season before advancing to a single-elimination postseason bracket.
As the No. 2 seed, the Seawolves will host the No. 3 seed California Legion, while the No. 1 seed hosts the No. 4 seed in the other semifinal. The winners will advance to compete for the MLR Championship Shield.
