EVERETT, WA — March 25, 2026 — The Everett AquaSox are ready to turn the page to a new season, while still celebrating the last one. Fresh off their 2025 Northwest League championship, the Seattle Mariners’ High-A affiliate will open the 2026 minor league baseball season on Tuesday, April 7 at 7:00 p.m. PST at Funko Field. The ‘Sox will host the Tri-City Dust Devils in a six game homestand.
Players recently received their championship rings during spring training in Peoria, Arizona, adding a sparkling reminder of last year’s success. The AquaSox captured their first league title since 2010 with a 6–3 victory over the Eugene Emeralds, clinching the best-of-five championship series in four games.

The offseason also brought changes to the dugout. Former manager Ryan Scott returns to Everett after a one-year stint in Arkansas. A two-time Northwest League Manager of the Year, Scott previously led the club during the 2023 and 2024 seasons.
Meanwhile, 2025 championship manager Zach Vincej has moved on to join the Seattle Mariners organization as an infield and base running coordinator.

On the field, expectations are high. Off the field, so is fan enthusiasm. The AquaSox set an all-time attendance record last season with 147,005 fans. The question now: can they top it in 2026?
