Seattle, WA – The Seattle Seahawks are Super Bowl Champions for the second time after beating the New England Patriots 29-13 on Sunday at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California.
The Seahawks held a 9-0 halftime lead and secured the game with a relentless defensive performance.
Quarterback Sam Darnold and tight end AJ Barner were key performers in the victory, along with Kenneth Walker III, who was awarded Most Valuable Player of the game.
The Seahawks’ first Super Bowl victory was XLVIII (2014) after dominating the Denver Broncos 43-8 at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey.
The Emerald City is preparing for 750,000 to one million fans who may attend the festivities. If you’re heading in for either the trophy ceremony or parade, we’ve put together a quick trip planner for you.
Lumen Field Trophy Celebration Details:
The celebration kicks off at Lumen Field at 10 AM with the presentation of the Lombardi Trophy.
Gates to the ticketed Trophy Celebration at Lumen Field will open at 8:30 AM. (50,000 Fans were offered free tickets to the event which sold-out in 20 minutes!)
Fans attending the Lumen Field Trophy Celebration will receive free Seahawks World Champions rally cards upon entry.

Parade Details:
At 11 AM, or following the conclusion of the trophy ceremony, fans are welcome to line the streets surrounding 4 Ave to watch the team’s victory parade.
The route of over two miles through Downtown will start at 4th Avenue and Washington St, traveling northbound on 4th Avenue and ending at 4th Avenue and Cedar St.
The parade is estimated to take 2 hours and end by 1 PM.

Weather is expected to be foggy in the early morning with high of 50’s with no rain predicted.
Getting Around Seattle:
Drivers and commuters should prepare for extensive delays in traveling around the Downtown and SODO areas in the early morning to early afternoon.
Public transportation and car pooling is highly recommended. Here are a some options for getting around the city:
